Microsoft Corporation’s (NASDAQ:MSFT) "Forza Motorsport 6" is the next game in the popular racing franchise and is set to release exclusively for the Xbox One all in one entertainment system next month. While there has not been much news on the game lately, it looks like the installation size for the game has been revealed recently.
According to a report by Gamersheadquarters, the download size of Forza Motorsport 6 is 44.37GB. According to the post, the size was revealed by way of listings on the Xbox Live Store. They said that if players browse through the various bundles of the game listed on the store, the standard version listing also shows the installation size of the game. One can guess from the size, which is actually very huge, that the game is going to feature beautiful cars and breathtaking environment.
Forza Motorsport 6 is shaping up to be the best racing simulator we have seen so far. Dan Greenwalt, creative director at Turn 10 studios, recently stated in an interview with IGN that they are revamping the different modes in the game and are introducing a completely new leagues mode for online multiplayer. This leagues mode will be used to make the announced 24-player online mode less cumbersome, so that players do not have to wait a long time in order to find players for an online race. Turn 10 is also introducing a new spectator mode so that players, who are interested in watching their friends or other people go against each other, without actually participating in the race, can do so.
While the installation size has been revealed, the actual pre-loading process has not yet started and pre-loading should be available while drawing closer to the game’s release. The game can be pre-ordered now from the Xbox Web Store or from the Xbox store from an Xbox One console.
