Electronic Arts Inc. FIFA 16 Demo Available In New Zealand And Its Surrounding Territories
The highly anticipated new entry into the long running franchise is finally set to release a demo in the coming days
Electronic Arts. Inc.'s (NASDAQ:EA) "FIFA 16" demo is about to be released in the coming days and its a moment that football fans have been waiting for. There is no official release date, but fans in New Zealand and surrounding territories have been able to download the demo, and are reportedly among the first region to be able to do so.
The initial reports are that the demo features marked improvements, and this time around great emphasis is on the actual gameplay. Many fans are reporting that the new gameplay is more focused on individual player skills and the teamwork involved in the match, which gives the feeling of an actual football match. This is a marked improvement on previous installments in the game, where the goal scoring and passing were slightly generic.
In the demo players, gamers will be able to experience FIFA’s new trainer mode. Furthermore they can also play in exhibition and one off matches, similar to the previous installments. The skill games also make an appearance in the demo, with players reporting many new skill challenges and refined gameplay. This is good news for fans who were looking for something new. EA this time around has decided to make a complete football game, and are trying to create a gaming experience worth remembering.
Perhaps the most important feature, and one that will bring about a profound change in the male dominated gaming community, is the appearance of Women National Teams. This is a revolutionary move that will appeal to hordes of female gamers, as its the first time women take center stage in any major sporting title, and arguably in any video game for that matter.
FIFA 16 is set to be released on September 22 on Microsoft Corporation’s (NASDAQ:MSFT) Windows PC, Xbox One, and Xbox 360, and for Sony Corporation’s (NYSE:SNE) PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3.
